What is Picturing Resilience? |
How Does it Work? |
This is a collaborative project with NC State University, North Carolina Central University and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Submissions will be accepted March 1 – 31, 2021.
2020 was a year for the history books – one that left us all with an understanding that life, and whatever comes next, can feel uncertain. Despite the uncertainty, you persevered, learning and growing in ways you never imagined. With your entire lives re-arranged, you had to find new ways to cope with the many challenges life threw your way. We want to see your experiences with resilience, communities and creativity through your pictures. |
Picturing Resilience will help you contemplate, notice, and appreciate resilience and wellness sources in your daily life. As you move through everyday activities, take pictures when you see your responses to the prompts. You will be provided with a list of prompts to choose from.
